The Roush Mustang

Depending on the level of performance you're looking for, Roush offers three different street-legal performance packages for the Mustang: Stage 1, Stage 2, and Stage 3.

Answer to the question. The easiest way to recognize a true ROUSH vehicle is to look for its serial number sticker. Any vehicle assembled by ROUSH Performance will be serialized.

Today, the company offers a new limited edition Jack Roush Edition (JRE) package that, among other upgrades, supercharges the Mustang's third-generation Coyote DOHC 5.0-liter V-8 to the tune of 775 horsepower and 670 lb-ft of torque.

Speeds of well above 124 miles per hour (200 kilometers per hour) are of no trouble for the sports car and the highest velocity we saw in the video was around 170 mph (273 kph).

The biggest difference between these stages is that the RS is a V6, the RS1 is an I-4, the RS2 is a naturally-aspirated V8, and finally the RS3 is the ROUSHcharged V8 engine. If you own a Roush Mustang made in 2014, the RS was a V6, while the rest all had a V6 engine in them.
